This week's photo of the week is of me taking biscuits out of the oven at the Hardee's in Maucker Union on the University of Northern Iowa campus in July 1998. I worked at that Hardee's restaurant most of the time I was a student at UNI. I also worked there the summer between my teaching jobs in Rosenberg, Texas, and Norfolk, Nebraska. That's when this photo was taken.
