Savages

When I backed my car out of the driveway earlier today to go buy groceries, I noticed a yellow splotch above my garage door. I realized that some asshole had egged my house! It was only one egg, but now I have to figure out how to clean the frozen egg yolk and albumen off of my house. If it was a bit warmer, I don’t think this would be as much of an issue, but it’s only 16 degrees Fahrenheit outside! I guess I’ll figure something out.

It seems to be a rite of passage or something. The same thing happened to me about six months after I moved in to my house.

I used a cleaner called Greased Lightning, which worked fairly well, but then again, it happened to me during the fall.

I got it off with hot water and dish detergent. It took a little scrubbing with a brush, but it all came off.

Our house got egged last summer by a boy who didn't like my son. Luckily it was warm and came off easily. It was warmer today so hopefully you were able to deal with it. Hey, when life gives you eggs, make an omelette!!
