Losing Weight

I really need to get back on track for losing some weight. I had been doing better at watching my weight earlier in the week, but with going out for dinner on Valentine's Day, Valentine's Day candy, going out for lunch yesterday, today, and tomorrow, and going out to dinner tomorrow night with Mel and her coworkers, this has not been a good week for me as far as dieting goes. I have managed to use the elliptical trainer three times so far this week however. That should help.
