Doing Well So Far

It's been one week since I began watching what I have eaten this year in an attempt to lose some weight. My weight loss for the first week seems pretty extreme, but I am sure it will level off as time goes by. That seems to be the way things work when I watch what I eat.

YTD Change: -6.4 lbs.
Pounds to Goal: 30.2

I've spent the last month or so cutting back on food. My belt is now too big and was at one point too small. A fellow employee asked if I had lost MORE weight since the last time they asked if I had lost weight. But I still am a few pounds over. Hang in there, it will work.
