Working at Weight Loss

This morning I did my weekly weigh-in and for the second consecutive week I gained weight. I wish I could say this was a surprise, but when I only half-heartedly keep track of what I am eating, neglecting to track any candy and a lot of the snacks I consume, it isn't really a surprise. Since February 13 I have managed to lose 6.6 pounds only to gain 3.8 of them back in the last two weeks. The only way I am going to be able to get this weight off is if I actually pay attention to what I am eating and by getting some exercise.
